Jenna Zhou, Director of Enterprise Information Architecture and Chief Information Architect, Dell Technologies
Jenna, director of Enterprise Information Architecture and Chief Information Architect of Dell Technologies, is well recognized as a well-rounded data leader. Jenna is very passionate with digital transformation and data driven innovation. Since joining Dell, Jenna has been growing her leadership and expertise in Enterprise Information Architecture and Data Management through her work on Product MDM, Customer MDM, Information Governance, EMC integration and GDPR, etc. Most recently, Jenna has built the EIA team from the scratch. Before joining Dell, Jenna was with a large pharmaceutical company as a data professional. Jenna Initiated and achieved executive buy-in on information centric IT transformation well ahead of the industry. Jenna also briefly worked for another tech company as the Director of Enterprise Architecture, where she re-established the Enterprise Architecture function and provided architecture leadership for the integrations after two mega merge and acquisitions. Jenna loves learning and has 4 master degrees including a MBA from Kelley Business School Indiana University and a master degree in Computer and Information Sciences from University of Delaware. She is currently working on MIT Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology (ACE) and has earned a certificate in Digital Business. Outside the work, she has also been volunteering for data community. Most recently, she has been volunteering for the Texas CDO Roundtable as one of the organizing committee members.
