Harish is a practitioner leader in EY’s financial services organization. He advises clients in technology architecture, engineering, governance, and analytics. He works closely with financial institutions to accelerate their technology-led business transformation.

He is a trusted advisor and in addition to the technical depth and business acumen, Harish brings an entrepreneurial approach and unique solutions to solve complex problems. He brings two decades of transformation experience in defining and delivering strategy. During his career, he held multiple positions to establish analytics, data, and innovation from concept through execution.

He is also responsible for developing and scaling data architecture and engineering capabilities. He leads a large team of data architects and engineers and is growing the practice by developing high-performing teams, innovative solutions, and global delivery capabilities with the goal of unlocking the potential of data by harnessing the exponential power of analytics. In this role, he works closely with ecosystem providers to develop joint strategy, enablement, and value creation.

Harish is deeply passionate about ESG and champions diversity and equity. As a speaker at global conferences, he also shares industry insights and his passion for emerging technology and innovation.
