  • Guest rooms are set aside by Hyatt for CDOIQ Symposium’s use during the Official Event Dates for July 15 – 20, 2024 with discounted rates.
  • Individual Reservations/Rooming List must be made no later than June 21, 2024. Once the cutoff date has passed, all unreserved guestrooms will be released from the block. Guestrooms and the guestroom rate will be based on availability for any individuals needing reservations under the group block after the cutoff date.

Welcome Party on Day 1

  • The Welcome Party will now take place at the prestigious MIT Museum on Tuesday, July 16, from 5:45 to 7:30 PM.
  • To facilitate transportation for attendees, shuttle services will be provided to ferry guests between the Hyatt venue and the museum, ensuring convenient access for all participants throughout the evening.

The 18th Annual Chief Data Officer & Information Quality Reception will be held on July 16 at MIT Museum. Visitors can explore groundbreaking inventions, such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and gain insight into the groundbreaking research.
