When and where is the symposium? Does it fit with my schedule?

The 2024 CDOIQ Symposium will be hosted on July 16-18, 2024, at the Hyatt regency Hotel in Cambridge, MA, USA.

Who is speaking at the symposium? Are they thought-leaders I'm familiar with?

You can view our agenda here and list of speakers here. It is likely that you are familiar with many of the speakers.

Who are the organizers and sponsors of the symposium? Are they industry leaders?

Dr. Richard Wang, the visionary founder and director of the Symposium, has been at the helm since its inception over 18 years ago. REGISTRATION DETAILS

How do I register?

You can register using this link: https://whova.com/portal/registration/cas_202407/

How much does it cost?

On-site admission is $1,600 and virtual admission is $800.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do not offer discounts, besides an early bird special (which has been closed for 2024). That said, we believe that the value and experience provided by the Symposium are well worth the investment.

What if I have to cancel my registration? Do you offer refunds?

If you must cancel your registration, our preferred method is to defer your registration to the following year. We can process a refund, however, due to the Symposium absorbing all processing fees, we will need you to cover those fees to avoid a loss on our end (5.5%).

Can I register on-site?

No, registration will close several weeks prior to the Symposium. This is to accurately gauge the number of attendees for catering, nametags, conference bags, etc. We might be able to accommodate late registrations in special circumstances, however, please register prior to the event if you can.

What event platform do you use? How do I gain access to it?

We use Whova as our event platform. This is where you can connect with fellow attendees, view the agenda/speakers, and engage with our sponsors. Additionally, all sessions will be livestreamed on the Whova platform, and all session recordings will be stored there for 3 months post-Symposium, giving you ample time to watch sessions you might’ve missed or review those you enjoyed.

You gain access to the platform upon registering for the Symposium. You will be prompted to create an account (please use the same email address as you registered with). If you already have a Whova account, the 18th Annual CDOIQ Symposium should automatically pop up on your account (assuming it’s associated with the same email you registered with).

If you run into any technical issues, please email [email protected].
