Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a proven ability to plan and execute projects across all levels – Tactical, Strategic, and Operational. I am recognized for being the first to introduce groundbreaking technologies like the Text Search platform and contributing to the development of the Alternative Data Policy for Asset Management (AM).

My expertise lies in identifying new data sources and leveraging business metadata to drive problem-solving initiatives. With an extensive network across industries, ranging from startups to large corporations, I excel at bridging the gap between Business and Technology partners and identifying latent needs.

Having successfully served Asset Management users and handled data from diverse industries, I possess a deep understanding of the domain. My leadership skills extend to recruiting, training, team building, and coaching candidates for the Advanced Strategies & Research Tech team.

I have a track record of conducting vendor evaluations at scale and implementing emerging tools and techniques like NLP, Sentiment Analysis, Enterprise Search, Data Extraction, and Business Models to drive data-driven decision making.

Creating a Data Strategy to support Digital Transformation is my forte. I excel in creating roadmaps for short-, medium-, and long-term scales, automating and operationalizing processes, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization. I have also designed and implemented a comprehensive ecosystem of data and product lines to scale, covering web scraping, text analytics, open data, and advanced analytics platforms.

My ability to extract value and insights from data has resulted in significant cost savings and process improvements. I am passionate about driving innovation and have successfully implemented RPA, Web Scraping, Open Data, Sentiment Analysis, automated Data Quality, and AI/ML solutions.

In addition to developing employees’ data skills, I have played a key role in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and building proof-of-concepts like Knowledge Graphs. My expertise in conducting vendor evaluations helps in making well-informed buy vs. build decisions.

As a relationship builder and collaboration expert, I thrive in cross-organizational environments. I have created and managed pipelines for Data Acquisition, Cleansing, Processing & Visualizations, solving complex business problems with simple and scalable solutions.
My strong interpersonal skills and executive presence allow me to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

In conclusion, my comprehensive skill set, proven track record of successful projects, and passion for data-driven innovation make me an ideal candidate for volunteering as a Review Board member for 2024.
