Richard Pooley is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Boston office and a member of the Global Technology Practice.

He focuses on recruiting Chief Data Officer, Chief Analytics Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer roles for a broad range of organizations, ranging from privately owned/PE backed businesses to publicly owned global corporations across multiple industry sectors.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Richard was a member of the Global Technology & Professional Services Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, and before this, he was a member of CTPartners’ Professional Services and CFO Practices. Earlier in his career, Richard worked at EY in London and was then a Partner at Rockpools, a London-based search boutique, where he helped build the Technology & Professional Services Practice.

He graduated with a degree in law from the University of Northumbria (Newcastle, England).
