Mr. Audet is a Partner lead for the Data & AI Practice at Guidehouse. He has 24+ years advising organizations in extracting value from data assets and establishing the necessary capabilities to manage data as an asset.

 

He specializes in advising Chief Data Officers (CDO), Chief Information Officers, and Data Leaders across different industries to enable reporting and analysis, advanced analytics, and AI / ML. He has a proven record in delivering high-quality, insightful results; managing multiple large, intricate programs focused on data strategy, Chief Data Officer standup, data management maturity assessments, data governance, data platform modernization in the cloud, data literacy, data sharing for public sector organizations, and data cataloging.

 

Bob is viewed as an industry leader in data disciplines and has well established relationships with many CDOs and data leaders, speaks on data-related topics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) CDO Symposium and on various data-focused podcasts focused on advancing industry thinking in emerging areas such as data mesh and data fabric, importance of data quality for AI / ML, and data stewardship. In addition, Bob has been featured by major publishers (e.g., Forbes, MIT Sloan Management, Authority.com, and InformationWeek), and had the privilege of research organizations (e.g., Forrester) featuring his insights in articles on data literacy.
