Lisa Ehrlinger, Senior Researcher and Research Team Lead, Software Competence Center Hagenberg (SCCH)
Lisa Ehrlinger is senior researcher and team lead of the research team “Data-Centric AI Engineering” at the Software Competence Center Hagenberg (SCCH) in Austria. SCCH is an internationally recognized research center, which integrates fundamental research with practical application at the intersection of data science and software science. Ehrlinger received her diploma in computer science and her Ph.D. in “Automated Continuous Data Quality Measurement” from the Johannes Kepler University (JKU) in Linz, Austria, where she is still employed as lecturer for courses on databases, information systems, and ontology engineering. A proven data expert, Ehrlinger has more than 12 years’ experience as an IT practitioner and more than eight years’ scientific experience as a researcher in fundamental as well as applied research projects. Her research interests and publications cover the topics of data quality, metadata management, data catalogs, semantic technologies like knowledge graphs, and information integration. Ehrlinger is also member of the Global Editorial Board of the CDO Magazine and regularly presents her research on data quality and data catalog tools at the annual MIT CDOIQ Symposium.
