Iryna Feldman is a seasoned analytics leader with 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Director of Analytics at Navitus Health Solutions. She recently completed her Chief Data Officer certification from Carnegie Mellon University in June 2023. At Navitus, Iryna helms a multi-disciplinary team of 25, aligning data strategy with business objectives to fuel data-driven decisions. She has been instrumental in establishing a Data Governance Committee and an Analytic Center of Excellence. Her innovative approach led to data monetization projects that generated $1M in annual revenue two years consecutively.

Prior to Navitus, Iryna was the Director of Applied Analytics at Dean Health Plan, where she led initiatives like COVID-19 impact analytics and was co-chair of the Business Intelligence and Data Governance Committee.

Known for her strategic vision, Iryna excels in solving complex business challenges and crafting comprehensive, actionable strategies. She has been commended for her forward-thinking leadership style and commitment to building diverse, high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Iryna is working towards a black belt in Taekwondo, a journey she shares with her family.
